Juniper Moon Healing Arts Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all students, the following policies are honored:

 

 

Refund Policy:

Deposits for Reiki trainings are nonrefundable but transferable to another training date within one year. Your investment may also be gifted to a friend.

 

(Deposit is considered the first payment within the payment plan, i.e. $245 for Reiki I/II and $375 for Reiki Master Trainings)

 

Two Weeks:

As a courtesy, we ask for at least two weeks’ notice to change your training dates.

 

One Week:

If your registration dates are changed within one week of training, we will do our best to work with you. If we are able to pull someone into class off the waitlist, we are happy to transfer your deposit to another training date. If no one from the waitlist is available, you will forfeit your deposit but be returned your balance.

 

48 Hours:

If your registration dates are changed within 48 hours of training, again we will do our best to work with you. If we are able to pull someone into class off the waitlist, we are happy to transfer your full payment to another training date. If no one from the waitlist is available, you will forfeit your full payment.

 

No Shows:

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their training for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and payment will be forfeited.

 

Case By Case:

If you are feeling sick, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you.

 

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, depending upon how late you arrive, your teacher will then determine if there is enough time remaining to class training. Out of respect and consideration to your teacher and fellow reiki students, please plan accordingly and be on time.

 

Our class sizes are small and often have a wait list.
